GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

• Highly motivated and energetic individual (Male/Female)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a 3-star hotel or hotel-level restaurant
• Proficient in cooking various dishes, plating, and following standard recipes
• Experience managing a kitchen independently or serving as Head Chef on a shift
• Knowledgeable in food safety & hygiene (HACCP)
• Strong attention to detail, guest service mindset, and people management & development skills
• Independent, disciplined, and capable of making decisions in the kitchen
• Familiar with POWERPRO system
• Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills in both Bahasa & English
