GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

• Highly motivated and energetic Male
• Minimum education: High School / Diploma (Hospitality-related preferred)
• Prior experience in hotel front office, guest relations, or customer service is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Hotel PMS (POWERPRO) is an advantage
• Professional appearance, well-groomed, polite, and guest-oriented
• Strong attention to detail with a high sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with a continuous learning mindset
• Able to drive and possesses SIM A (driving license) is a plus
