Proven GM/HM with strong track record in operations & business performance, hands-on pre-opening expertise (SOP, recruitment, budgets), strong commercial acumen in sales/marketing/revenue, solid knowledge of Rooms, F&B, finance & HACCP, resourceful & decisive leader, excellent communication in Bahasa & English, willing to be assigned to Sulawesi

GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager,with a strong track record in hotel operations and business performance.
• Hands-on hotel pre-opening experience, covering operational readiness, team recruitment, SOP implementation, and opening budgets.
• Strong commercial acumen in sales, marketing, revenue management, and distribution, with measurable results in revenue growth and profitability.
• Sound knowledge of rooms and F&B operations, financial planning, cost control, service quality, as well as HACCP
• Confident in coordinating with owners, corporate teams, and project stakeholders to deliver opening milestones.
• Resourceful and decisive, with the ability to resolve challenges and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to be assigned to MORA Group’s new opening properties.
