GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

• Minimum 12 years of hospitality experience, including 3 years as General Manager in a 3–4 star hotel.
• ​Strong knowledge of NORTH SURABAYA and East Java markets,including corporate, OTA, and government segments.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in PMS, revenue management tools, and Microsoft Office.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong commercial acumen with proven results in revenue growth, ADR, RevPAR, and GOP.
• Expertise in hotel operations, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Hands-on sales leadership with strong account management and negotiation skills.
